Enjoy a full day designed to energise the body and calm the mind, combining outdoor adventure with indulgent spa relaxation.

Your experience begins with a 10:00am arrival, where you will be warmly welcomed by our Spa Experience Coordinator and treated to a freshly baked croissant, along with your choice of smoothie, coffee, or tea in Normans Bar— perfect to prepare you for the day ahead.

You will then meet Pav in the Atrium, your dedicated walking guide, who will lead you on a scenic two-hour guided walk through the stunning Lakeland surroundings. Having completed an intensive winter skills course in the Cairngorms, Pav brings both expertise and passion, offering a truly enriching way to explore the beauty of the local fells.

Following your walk, you will enjoy a delicious dining experience in our Blue Smoke on the Bay restaurant, with a choice of either a two-course lunch or a delightful wood-fired afternoon tea—providing the perfect opportunity to relax and refuel.

After dining, your journey continues at our watersports centre, where you will take to the water for a peaceful two hour paddleboarding session on the iconic Lake Windermere.

To complete your day, indulge in three hours of pure relaxation within our exceptional indoor and outdoor thermal spa facilities. Unwind in the dry salt sauna, steam rooms, and herbal infused lounge, or soak in the outdoor infinity pool, wood-fired sauna, and hot tubs while taking in the surrounding views. You may also wish to relax further with a cocktail in hand as you fully embrace the tranquil setting.

We do not provide single use disposable slippers in the Spa. Please join us in our efforts to create a more sustainable experience in the Spa, by bringing your own flip flops or you can purchase these on the day.
